李煜的词是中国词坛上的一朵奇葩，不仅清丽自然，真情流露，而且是亡国之君情感的真实写照。其前期词轻描淡写却能再现栩栩如生的生活画面，后期词情深哀切，以有形的物来形容无形的愁，遣词用字准确贴切，艺术概括高度凝炼。     

应用锤击法的大型复合材料桁架结构段自由振动分析

复合材料桁架结构以其轻质和优异的力学性能应用于大型航天航空飞行器结构,其承载能力和振动特性是决定其应用效果的关键因素。本文考察了大型碳纤维/环氧复合材料方形截面桁架结构段的自由振动特性。采用锤击法实验测试得到了复合材料桁架结构段自由振动的模态和频率,并与有限元数值模拟结果进行对比分析,论证了锤击法测试振动特性在复合材料桁架结构上应用的可行性和准确性。     

基于混合策略的文图自动转换方法研究

针对文图自动转换问题,借鉴事件模型的思想,结合自然语言理解和本体技术,提出了基于混合策略的文图自动转换方法。通过构建领域本体等知识库,在其支持下对文书进行预处理,以及词法、语法、语义和语用分析,最终实现了文图的自动转换。为验证方法的可行性,设计并实现了文图自动转换原型系统,测试表明,能有效提高文图自动转换的效率和准确性,具有一定的参考价值。     

软件开发自动化

软件开发到底是一个什么过程?这个过程中的哪些工作能自动化?这是软件开发自动化的两个核心问题。本文以这两个问题为中心来展开讨论,试图提出一些见解以改进过去的研究工作。值得指出的是;基于这里的思想,我们已经实现了一个用于开发Ada 软件的支持系统。实验表明:在该系统的支持下,开发者能以最少的干预半自动地实现从问题的自然语言描述到程序包规范的转换。     

Magnetic,thermal stability and dynamic mechanical properties of beta isotactic polypropylene/natural rubber blends reinforced by NiZn ferrite nanoparticles

The dispersion of magnetic nanoparticles in matrix is crucial to ensure optimum performance of the composite. The difficulty level of achieving good dispersion is further increase when a multi-phases of matrix is present. A pre-coating technique of magnetic nanoparticles with polypropylene using ball-mill prior to melt-blending process was employed to prepare a multi-phases thermoplastic natural rubber composite. The effect of filler loading (2 wt%-10 wt%) on morphology, structure, magnetic properties, thermal stability and dynamic mechanical properties of the composites were investigated. It was found that the NiZn ferrite nanoparticles act as nucleating agent to form beta isostatic polypropylene thermoplastic composites. The composites' magnetic properties are directly dependent on the filler concentration. The dispersion of magnetic fillers in polymer matrix plays role in affecting the magnetic properties and thermal stability. The preference of filler to locate at amorphous phase has distorted the chain orientation of natural rubber and polypropylene. Hence, the polymorphism and crystallinity of the matrix varied as the filler loading increased, affecting the dynamic mechanical properties. It was found that 8 wt% NiZn nanocomposite exhibits highest E’ and tanδ, indicating the dynamic mechanical properties of NiZn nanocomposite are affected by β-phase degree.

ABSTRACT

Natural resource-based conflicts continue to occur in different parts of Nigeria with negative implications. This study investigated the phenomena of natural resource conflicts vis-à-vis their propensities to impact political economy and national security negatively. Data for the study were sourced from theoretical and empirical evidence. Empirical data were sourced from existing studies selected on the basis on their relevance to the study and analysed based on their content. The limitation to this approach is the obsolete and subjective nature of some the literature. This limitation was, however, addressed among others through the author’s knowledge of the issues under study. The study found that Nigeria is enmeshed in conflict over ownership, distribution, access to or competition over natural resources such as petroleum resources and agricultural land and these conflicts have undermined democracy, human rights, the economy and the nation’s security. The paper identified poor resource governance, environmental factors and poor political leadership as the causes and drivers of these conflicts. It recommends natural resource governance among others, as a way out of the problem.     

临近空间飞艇内部自然对流的流场特征仿真研究

针对临近空间飞艇,对其内部氦气的自然对流特征进行了数值模拟。首先采用计算流体力学方法,并利用自编的用户自定义函数将外部的温度边界条件导入壁面网格。进而,在不同的稳态条件下,通过对内部氦气压力、温度、速度的分布等流场特征参数的研究,分析了临近空间飞艇内部气体自然对流的运动特性及其影响规律,并对自然对流非稳态变化过程进行了初步的探索。仿真结果表明,在临近空间环境下,飞艇内部氦气的自然对流,对于内部氦气自身的热交换具有一定程度的促进作用,而对蒙皮受力和结构安全性影响很小。     

From adversity to prosperity

This article interrogates the continuing relevance of the contractarian governance paradigm to resource governance and the impact of exploitation on the local population and environment in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Zimbabwe and Ghana. It highlights the susceptibilities of their governance processes, particularly the roles of the elites of the host communities, the multinational corporations, and the governing authorities in appropriating resources for their personal interests, resulting in tensions and conflicts. This scenario is borne out of inept leadership, as well as the defective and compromised administrative mechanisms operational in these countries. In view of this, the article underscores the need for a ‘new governance management paradigm’ anchored on a communitarian framework, which incorporates all stakeholders, to guarantee sustainable peace and prosperity, particularly in conflict zones. The article therefore concludes that achieving a nexus between forestry, mining activities and economic development in these countries will require a restructuring of the existing governance mechanisms; and advocates for a new governance model capable of curbing the excesses of local and foreign hegemony, including a total overhaul of the seemingly compromised supervising authority.     

平流层飞艇强迫对流特性数值仿真分析

强迫对流换热特性对平流层飞艇热状态有重要影响。以平流层飞艇流线型封闭囊体为研究对象,基于囊体内部纯导热传热的假设,采用计算流体力学方法建立平流层飞艇外部流场三维数值模型,对飞艇外部强迫对流换热特性进行仿真分析,得到了不同太阳照射角度、风速和攻角条件下的飞艇表面温度分布和内部平均温度变化规律,为平流层飞艇热状态预测和热控设计提供参考依据。     

自然语言形式化研究中几个基本问题的再认识

针对目前自然语言形式化研究中存在的问题 ,就歧义性、形式化与系统模型等几个基本问题做了进一步的分析与讨论。认为 :歧义性有狭义与广义之分 ,有层次之分 ,又有形式化与非形式化之分 ,确定它们的界线是很重要的。如何使系统体现出自然语言的个性化是目前形式化研究中应引起注意的一个关键问题 ,为此还提出一个系统结构模型。
